Responsibility

You agree to be bound by our website rules and any laws which may apply to this website and your participation. The website administrators have the right to terminate your account at any time, delete any content you may have posted, and your IP address and any data you input to the website is recorded to assist the site staff with their moderation duties. The site administrators have the right to change these terms and conditions, and any site rules, at any point without warning. Whilst you may be informed of any changes, it is your responsibility to check these terms and the rules at any point.

Payment Terms

Subscription

In consideration of payment in accordance with these Terms, you may obtain additional privileges during the Plan Period. Your Plan will start on the date on which you sign up for the Subscription on our server store (“Start Date”) and, subject to earlier termination in accordance with these Terms, will continue until expiration, you cancel your Plan, or you change to another Plan, in accordance with these Terms (“Plan Period”). If any issue occurred, we have the right to refuse acceptance of your purchase.

Payment Information

The majority of payment currencies are in US Dollar (USD) and Malaysia Ringgit (MYR). We do not charge international fees and absorbs any international fees from payments originating outside of the states. However, please be aware that some banks, depending on the method of payment, may still directly charge you a small fee, usually varying with the amount of the payment, which we can neither control nor reimburse. Our goods and services are been traded through our website shop via PayPal or other financial instruments such as Debit/Credit Card that allowed by the Server with tax included as some payment gateway charged by PAYPAL 5%. For example, International Bank Transfer. We only accept payments with expressed authorization of the account holder or cardholder. If there is any question or issues, we are welcome to answer while the player must submit the support ticket in our page of Discord. To ensure that all payments are correctly attributed, the user may be required to state their information well and neat. The buyer must require to submit the receipt form to the SkyHikerMC's owner as proof of payments. In the event of errors, SkyHiker will still do its best to attempt to identify the Donator.

Refund Terms

To acknowledge, our goods and services payments are not refundable unless otherwise allowed in these Terms. 1. The user is allowed to cancel the subscription through the PayPal account within 3 days after purchasing. 2. The user may require to provide the script of the invitation to refund with an acceptable reason and suggestion to the SkyHiker owner. However, full refunds will not be granted, but will be issued at a pro-rata rate. For any other information please refer to our owner through our discord.
