We are operating as a Digital Business which means every staff is part of our team, and as a team do our best for future betterment and success.
Staffs will always represent the business's credibility and quality. Please be aware of your attitude and acts.
Youโre bound to show emotions in dealing with griefers, hackers, immature person. Do make sure itโs not publicly or considered to be public shaming.

Staffs must have certain sense of duty and self-discipline to complete your tasks regularly and orderly. It is acceptable if you find your current task difficult or beyond capabilities. Never keep it to yourself, and share your thoughts and problems. We are a team. Let us help each other with what we can.

.Please remember that shirking your responsibilities will only cause additional tasks to others. Try to notify, update and inform of the progress of your task. No one likes to be left hanging and clueless.
Always communicate with your respective chain of command or job issuer on the completion of task and/or a time frame of when the task can be completed. Else, you owe an explanation on the reasons/difficulties experience completing the task.

Staffs are requested to online > 3 days per week. At least 1 ยป ORGANIZERS ยซ must online per day. (Shift timeslot)
Please inform Owner, Chain of Command, or your fellow staff members as soon as possible if something urgent or unavoidable circumstances happens to you. It would not even take 5 minutes to directly inform someone.

Proper actions will result in a better gaming environment for everyone.
No one knows everything. Never be ashamed if you do not know something. Seek counsel from someone who knows. You are never wrong to be clueless at something, but its never right to pretend being wise and causing further complications to others in the future.

Staffs have the right to judge cases and punish violator, provided with proof.
Never take sole responsibility for making a decision or punishment. Consult others, so that a better, or best action can be taken.
Please provide fair and reasonable judgement at moderation-logs. Listen to all parties involve, not just one side.
Never play judge, jury and executioner. Seeking counsel, provide evidence, and always hear all versions of the story/issue.

Any breach/incapabilityโs/attitude problems of any of your responsibilities will result in termination.
Termination is not definitively immediate. Everything will be judge according to the seriousness of the issue, or how long has it been unresolved.
Termination will be made if staff is offline for 1 week without giving any reason/application/notification for leave.
Resignation requires the submission of Resignation Letter 2 weeks before leaving.

Non-reasonable leave will cause the reduce of SH personnel overall performance, which means you salary will be deducted.
Inactive for 3 days + will be examine/evaluated accordingly (keep asking your reason), unless reasonable reasons are provided.
Remember that by shirking your responsibility, youโre adding it to some one else. SH personnel are required to submit your time table through giving it to ๐๐

Most of the server info are required to be confidentiality. Although there's still people using our resources as their own benefits, we still wishes that we have our unique and privacy as a human being.
Cases Application

Example, you joined staff team for your personal advantage outside of SH server, such as taking plugins, SH internal information, and releasing it somewhere else (other server/personal server).
Its could be relationship between: Staff and players / Owner and staffs / Owner and donators
Handle this wisely and carefully; As well as talk with ยป DIRECTOR ยซ and ยป HOD ยซ if you need assistance.
Please do not act on your own interest and emotions, think of the bigger picture and future view.
Staffs are not allowed to leak the information of the server. This is common practice in any organizations and should be uphold by every personnel affiliated with SkyHiker.
This includes abusing of power, trolling players, being a double agent (espionage), and openly advertising another server.

OP is only allowed for Owner, Co-Owners, and HOD, unless special permission is given.
Staff abusing their privilege is a SERIOUS PROBLEM, and will result in termination.
Be aware of your actions, and be mindful of your words. Find the proper platform/channel to discuss, inform, and mediate issues.
Any violations will be dealt with accordingly.
Serious violations will result in immediate termination and the wrong doer will be held responsible.

ยป TRIALS ยซ is a probationary period of a new staff as Internship for 2 ~ 3 Months
HOD has the right to assess their manifestations.
Manifestations include observation, evaluation, probationary period, guidance and correct usage of privileged commands.
After the trial period, an offer letter will be given out within the period.
Any mistakes will be discussed and determined by HOD and Management Team.
You may have the probability to be terminated. Please constantly remember and be aware of your actions and words.
